Then that folder path you gave is wrong or you made a typo. Are you sure you extracted the zip instead of just opening it?

Or you could try the other method like this:

Make sure you are in the folder that has the extracted stuff in there.

There is a logcat.txt in the folder now, but it has 0bytes.... is that normal or did I not do it correctly?

That waiting for device part i dont know about.

Per Mikes instructions, connect the phone, crash the game, run the adb command. Did you do that all?

0 bytes is not enough.

Yup, it's connected to the computer.

I ran it before I typed it. Then it said waiting for device at the end. Weird.

On top of that cmd.exe won't let me do anything, i guess because it's waiting on the device?

Ctrl C is usually a way to stop an ongoing command.
