Seems a bit weak for being so far in the tech tree. Mechanic is interesting, but the trigger is on attack. So it takes back 1 or 2 squares of enemy land if lucky.
I propose either change the triggering to some kind of aoe or increase its hp, so it can withstand a couple of attacks.
Almost nobody uses bio buildings, but interesting to see the thoughts.
