The flag system should have a delete all map flags button available to the sovereign only.

I like it. After rebirth you are going to take a long time cleaning flags if you are o.c.d. (I Am).

Good idea. Maybe even do it by putting check boxes next to the flags to mass delete all... but leave the option to un-check certain boxes on flags you may wish to keep such as key locations. sort of like an E-Mail inbox.
