Resource Manager Tab

Under the Nation Panel in the last slot, there should be a Resources tab. On the tab it has a list of resource you currently have.
Ancient Starship Wreck (3)
Oracle (4)
Iron (5)
Henge (7)
Quartz (10)
So on and so forth..
It would display the number you have. If you can't use it yet, it would appear in red text, and white text if you can use it.
You can also click on the resource name and it would give you a drop down list of the locations you own.
If you don't occupy any resources the list would be empty and no resource names would show up.
I know we have flags, but apart of keeping a player base is about making it simple for people.
Flags are still useful even with this tab existing.
