Map is bugged / unable to see any res/orbs

Got a new gaming PC, not able to see anything really, just a small block of land around my nation's square, and then just ocean, where it doesn't belong. Wont show res, orbs or from what I can tell, other nations. Obviously it's my PC, just wondering if anything can be done to make the 2 compatible. I did open the log file and this is a clip of it that might have something to do with whats going on, or not. either way :
