I am so pro this it aint even funny

with fealty at 80+ right now, you cant even res up another nation and fight a 90, who hides behind the line.

The boundary is dumb. A lvl 115 can fully res. Come up. Hit a lvl 140 and the level 140 can't fight back past the line. Plus factor the stats in. 140 has a lot more defensive structures. So the stats typically even out. Also nation's come up and settle land for a fight. Force you to lvl in a fight. Just to lose your stuff for them to gain. So it's unfair. If they feel good enough to pass the line and fight. They shouldn't be able to go back. Go back to maybe a 30. 80. 110. Then everything above or something world. It makes it more balanced. More competitive as well.
