I can definitely see what you mean here. However, isn't touching empty resources for XP more effective than attacking a nation at lower levels? In the long run, when more players start accumulating and the game has newer nation lands, I can see how your point can be considered at that time.

I am for this idea as well. The "Move To" command should be initiated on any land piece regardless of what it is holding such as a resource or an orb. In my opinion, one can already predict whichever piece of land moves towards the "Move To" position, so if they didn't mean to accidentally evacuate ...
