Every time the inducers trigger, level doesn't matter. Also, when there are impassable tiles(from inducers), after client restart the console log opens again right away, no need for another trigger.

I like this idea. The 5x5 border would show up only when right clicking or longpressing.

I've been using the djinni portal and fighting against it. I think its rather on the weak side and it can't attack the "empty" enemy squares, that is its drawback. It is probably balanced, but i'm not too sure.

Being the weaker version of djnni portal is fine, but the problem is, that it is so far in the tech tree. Might as well go for djinni portal and ignore ecto ray. If you put them closer to the start, people might use it.

Djinni portal seems fine to me. The drawback of only attacking squares with something on them, makes them somewhat balanced. Not like the cannon series, when they attack all enemy squares.

Also stops when theres a temporary "cant occupy", like from an inducer or supervirus.

Near allies it stops.
Near map borders it doesn't work properly.
Both seem to be, that it tries to settle something and then stops if it cant.
