Hedge and Telekinetic block

Those two are quite useless. We get walls for free at the beginning and those cost a tech and are equal in stats. Maybe give them some small differences, like +1 something and -1 something else. Sone could have tiny bit less hp and and other one tiny bit more, cost changed accordingly.
