Move inspect nation option to right click context menu

Right now to inspect a nation you need to left click and select it from the context menu. This causes a problem where if you're right next to the nation you want to inspect, you have no way to do so since left clicking on a tile beside your nation defaults to attacking.

I'd like to piggy back on that.

Could there be a mouse-over text? It would be nice to inspect or view something without canceling your movement.

It won't be via mouse-over (which wouldn't work on mobile), but with the next client update you'll be able to look around and get info on things while an automatic move/occupy/evac is happening. Only clicking on a square of your own nation will cancel those operations.
