Thanks for the bug reports, I'll look into each of them. Note that on the Options panel there is a checkbox to turn just the music on/off. There's at least one nation that's above level 100 already, and I know of several more that aren't far behind... unless they're using a loophole that needs to be filled in, it looks like leveling isn't brutal enough... the intention is that a rebirth cycle would take about a month at normal speeds. ...

There's a pop-down menu on the Options panel that lets you choose the client's resolution. That is independent of whether it's full-screen or not.
