War of Conquest

trying to log into war of Conquest. Can do just fine on cell phone but laptop continuously says server temporarily offline. I've done everything I can think of on my end including uninstalling and reinstalling any ideas on how to fix this

Hey whenever bat Wilbur one is trying to login he keeps getting a server down message however I'm happily logging and playing and so are lots of other players what's going on thanks
