As much as I tend to agree, there's definitely a trend of targeting weaker players: you don't take much risks, as they're often not used to the game, nor do they have much resources. So, it's way less risky to hit on the smaller ones than to risk attacking a bigger player.

Same here, I'm stuck because of this quest... And I feel stupid, as I was handling the rest quite normally before.
