Map layers

It would be useful to have multiple map layers which could be switched on/off with a toggle. As an example, you could use one layer for orbs, one for resources, one for short-term objectives, etc. You could show all at once or just the selected layers.

Yes, it was a temple. Don't know if the area denial times are listed anywhere (or if they will be). It would be nice to know at least the range of possibilities, both for attacking and for deciding which defenses to acquire.

I've had the effects last much longer than an hour. I tried to time one the other day and it was still active after 2 hours and 27 minutes (got busy after that and didn't check). FYI, just went in and the numbers were working. I was much further west then usual (was about 59s, 287w) - although that may be coincidence. I'll be out most of today, but when I can I'll try to find a few more situations and test them.

It was exciting to see!

The problem happens everywhere. I don't think it has ever worked right for me, certainly not since we went alpha. Email of the log on the way. If we need to set up a live test on the map I'm up for that if it would help.

Problems appear from the beginning. Have restarted many times, and even logged in and out. I don't think it has ever shown all the numbers at once. Just went in again and went after some temples. Most of the numbers don't show up at all, and occasionally one or two squares will show, then disappear....

Thanks Mr-Beefy. I tried this and it did not work. Numbers still intermittent. Someone in chat yesterday was using a Droid phone and it worked fine for them. I am using a PC.
