I have a username I'm not able to login with

I was able to log in with both of these; the problem may have been due to the buffer size issue with the previous client. Can you log in to them now with the new client?

Hi Mike. Thanks for getting back. I think I am having trouble logging in because of a recent Windows update on my computer. I will try and figure it out soon. Worse case, I am pretty sure I can still log in on other devices.
