Chat ban bug

All my accounts are banned from gen chat. Iv put this under bugs as iv said nothing to warrent a chat ban. If i have done something that someone else has deemed 'bad' then a warning message or a simple explanation would be appreciated.

If you were banned due to a report you should have received an e-mail to the address associated with your account that was banned. It may have gone into your spam folder.
