RB counter at 100
That's because the change only increased the rb countdown for nations that start a new cycle after that change. To make up for that, I've just added 400 to all nations' countdowns.
It is fixed now.
But this also gave me an idea. Maybe make the rebirth countdown (n+1)*100, where n is number of rebirths. The more you rebirth, the more you can stay around.
Could also do 500+(n*50), start and 500, go up by 50 each time and end up with 2000, then at 30 rb-s
