Problem with my mp regen

I've noticed my man power hasn't been regenerating properly over the last couple days. My regen rate is just over 6k. I have 4k of excess resources, so I should still be getting 2k an hour. For the last day or more it's only got up 3k. Please look into this for me thanks.

Right now should have a mp generation rate of 7434, and excess resources are causing it to burn MP at a rate of 6567, so the net mp generation rate is 867. Does this sound right? Is that what you're seeing when you log in?
