I think your first solution can be a nice start to see how it feels. Also, definitely need more people active. I realize I'm part of the problem as part of this organized horde, but admittedly I haven't really played in two weeks because life.

There's a few orbs in precarious spots kind of like the old fire that will be tough to defend IF these ideas are implemented properly and I for one think that should be a strategic decision. Hold this void and lower geo by 9% to defend or hold 12 noons in 3x3 and lower geo by 5%.
