Text can't be read

Is some element of the game overpowered? Or useless? Is there a strategy that's unbeatable?

The text above the chat box that read "You can't enter this are yet" or "You have an alliance with this nation" is white and while over the snow it isn't legible. It needs a black border similar to the one around the coordinates.
