MP Transfer rates

ive heard that you can transfer mp through allies, how does this actually work? is their a certain percentage transferred?


I have 127k mp sitting in the nation thankyou, which is allied to the nation WOCGOD, and it looks like im actually just using wocgod's mp regen rate to get more mp?

Yes, both energy and mp can be donated to allies. What is available to be donated is what is stored in a nation's storage structures (Agro Colony, Earth Chakra, etc.) Say WOCGOD were to completely run out of manpower (or energy), then it would take up to a 25% fill-up, at one time, from its ally ThankYou (and any other allies). It won't be able to take any more than its allies have stored in their storage structures, however.

Yes, it only transfers in from an ally when a nation completely runs out of energy or mp.
