Levels.

Is some element of the game overpowered? Or useless? Is there a strategy that's unbeatable?

A lvl 110 can equal a 175 easy. Teched correctly and resend properly. There's no balance there. Some structures and further down techs should provide a way better advantage. Something that truly shows the difference. Or something. Balance needs to be found there.
