This building seems very weak. Maybe i'm misunderstanding the purpose, but its weaker than a cannon, but deeper in the tech tree. Seems to be as deep as autonomous war base. It has less range and damage. Only triggers on structured, orbs and points. Only thing it has going for it is the 5 sec cooldown.
Any thoughts?
Ecto ray
Ecto ray is the earlier weaker form of Djinn Portal. They both just target squares containing orbs, resources or defenses belonging to their own nation. True, Ecto Ray does seem too weak. Before I make it stronger, how about Djinn Portal? Is that useful and effective as is or should it be buffed as well?

Djinni portal seems fine to me. The drawback of only attacking squares with something on them, makes them somewhat balanced. Not like the cannon series, when they attack all enemy squares.

Being the weaker version of djnni portal is fine, but the problem is, that it is so far in the tech tree. Might as well go for djinni portal and ignore ecto ray. If you put them closer to the start, people might use it.
