Is some element of the game overpowered? Or useless? Is there a strategy that's unbeatable?

I plan to add more resources that give XP% bonuses, as well as adjust the XP curve some, as it looks like it may be taking a little too long now to level up.

Another possible solution.. because it is only the first few levels that are a little rough... A solution.. that would allow for some more strength early just to get people rolling would be to have nations start with something like 12 manpower per hit rather than 8.. or maybe even 20. This would give them a more sufficient damage with the high hp of walls now. After level 5-10 depending on how teched it gets really easy to level.. but those first few are a dousey.
