Since you get 10 accounts per 10 day period and if those accounts are tied to the same email. I believe you should be able to transfer XP again between same emailed accounts and change sov in a nation between those. Any way that could happen?

if you enter a nation with no members, should be able to get higher than civilian rank >_<
