Persistent Resource Flags

Often times, to regenerate MP faster, nations will step off their res and put a square next to it with intentions of resettling the res once their MP raises. However, unless the nation is actively on said resources, there is no way to quickly navigate back to that resource. You must either flag it on the map ahead of time or remember where the resource was.

You could just modify the current resource tab to leave the resources "non highlighted" in the list, until the nation's members choose to delete them by clicking on the X button like the old map flags.
