Minimum RB cycle time

I read in the patch notes, that its a thing now. I guess it fixes RB spamming, but what happens when someone reaches level 200 or even more soon after RB? Their counter will tick to 0 and they will still stay around? Using unites it is quite possible.

Maybe if make the RB ticker still work, but disable manual RB. 2 weeks seems a long time.

Any other thoughts?

The 2 week minimum just means that you can't force a rebirth until 2 weeks after your nation's previous rebirth (or its creation). If the countdown hits 0 before the 2 weeks have passed, which I guess would be possible if enough nations were united together, then it will rebirth anyway.
