Unable to evac beyond western border

If you level up while attacking a square behind the next western border, all your land area will be automatically evacuated to the border, excep t the square you just conquered. You are also not able to evac thIs manually.

EDIT: Seems to be a graphical or caching glitch, the square is gone if you log in again
