Whats the chance for this? I seem to be getting this at least once a week.

There are 16 random discoveries, and all have equal probability, so on average if you get a discovery once per day you should get Prophet of Doom once every 16 days or so. With those odds once a week for two or three weeks in a row isn't too improbable, though.

Can you create new ones?

Maybe go through the old WoC tech tree and create some new ones from unused technologies on that tech tree to create some form of nostalgia?

Just a fun thought is all and shouldn't take much effort?

I was wrong about how many possible random discoveries there are. There are 16 that are *only* available as random discoveries, and another 12 that are available either as purchases, or as random discoveries. So 28 altogether.

Also one more will be added in the next update (that can either be purchased or random). And yes, it will be easy enough to add more in the future.
