Nations can send messages to one another. The difference between a message and chat is that a message will be stored for several days and can be read when a player, who may be offline when the message is received, logs back in.
Messages can be sent and received through the Messages panel. This panel has three tabs: the Nation tab lists messages sent within your own nation. The Others tab lists messages received from other nations. The Game tab lists messages from the game server, reporting important events for the nation such as leveling up, losing resources, and changing the ranks of members.
To send a message, hit the “Post Message” button at the bottom of the Messages panel. You will then be prompted to enter the name of the nation to send the message to (this will default to your own nation’s name) and the text of the message.
You can also send a message by bringing up a nation’s info (see Nation Info) and hitting the “Send Message” button on the Nation Info panel.
You can reply to a message your nation has received by hitting the arrow button in the upper right corner of the message’s entry.
You can delete a message from the list by clicking (or tapping) on the message and selecting “Delete” from the menu.
